Vaccine Drive-Thru

The last day to receive a first dose COVID-19 vaccine through Renown will be Wednesday, May 12. Make an appointment through MyChart or come to the drive-thru at 10315 Professional Circle, Reno, NV from 12-2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12 when there are no appointments needed. Minors ages 16 and 17 must be with a parent or guardian to receive the vaccine. For assistance, please call 775-982-2781. Our vaccine clinic will remain open until all individuals who receive their first dose of the vaccine through Renown have the opportunity to receive their second dose.

What to Bring

All of your forms and appointment details can be found in your MyChart. Please wear a mask and a shirt with easy access to your arm.

  • Appointment Confirmation from MyChart

  • Identification 

  • Insurance card and Medicare card, if you have one

  • Print and sign the consent form sent to you under Messages within MyChart*

  • Clothing with access to your arm

  • EpiPen if you have allergies

  • Your vaccine card from your first appointment (if getting your second dose)

*If you do not have access to a printer, or the consent form does not come through, a form will be provided to you at the drive-thru.

About Your Appointment

Your confirmed vaccination appointment in MyChart will include your scheduled time and location. Please do not arrive prior to your scheduled time. Plan for a one-hour appointment, which will include a 15-minute observation period after receipt of the vaccine.

You are advised not to receive the vaccine if:
• You are ill at the time of vaccination (fever, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhea or acute illness).
• You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.
• You have received any other vaccination in the last 14 days.
• You have a history of significant allergic reaction to this vaccine or any of its ingredients.

For resident’s without a vehicle RTC, Mobility and Uber programs are available. Rideshare and Transportation Info (PDF)

Residents without a vehicle who have an appointment through MyChart can obtain their immunization Tuesday through Friday in the lobby of Hometown Health located at 10315 Professional Circle.
