Appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine through Renown are now available. Anyone 18 years or older may schedule through MyChart. For minors ages 16 and 17, please fill out this form. For assistance, please call 775-982-2781. Please be patient as call volumes may be high.

COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Groups

Renown follows and monitors all state, local and CDC guidelines for vaccine distribution. Here are the eligible groups Renown is currently scheduling:

Anyone 18+
Minors Ages 16-17
Tier 1A

Anyone 18+ May Schedule Their Appointment in MyChart

Anyone 18 years or older who is interested in receiving the vaccine through Renown will need to enroll and obtain an EPIC MyChart account.

Don’t have a MyChart account? You can enroll for free at mychart.renown.org. You do not need to have a Renown provider to enroll in MyChart or to receive the vaccine through Renown. Once an appointment is made you will receive instructions on how to get your vaccine.

Minors Ages 16-17

To schedule an appointment for minors ages 16 and 17, please fill out this form, and a Renown Health representative will assist with scheduling.

Tier 1A

Renown Health offers vaccine appointments to Tier 1A groups:

- Physicians
- Healthcare workers
- Healthcare students performing clinical/hospital rotations
- Healthcare/hospital volunteers

For Renown employees and medical staff: You may book your COVID-19 vaccine appointment through MyChart if you have not already been vaccinated.
